- Welcome to Shiv Travellers. By accessing our website, booking services, or making a payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
About Shiv Travellers
- Shiv Travellers provides cab rental, one-way cab, round trip, local, outstation, and tour-related travel services across India. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Booking & Service Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received (full or partial, as applicable).
- Booking confirmation details are shared via call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email
- Vehicle type, driver, and route are allocated based on availability.
Pricing & Charges
- Prices are calculated based on distance, duration, vehicle category, tolls, parking, state taxes, and driver allowance, where applicable.
- Toll, parking, interstate taxes, and permit charges are extra unless explicitly mentioned.
- Any additional distance, waiting time, or route change will be charged separately.
Payments
- Payments can be made online using UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets via Razorpay, or offline as agreed.
- Shiv Travellers does not store card or banking details. Payments are securely processed by Razorpay.
- Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be informed as early as possible.
- Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation and service type.
- Last-minute cancellations may attract partial or full charges.
- No cancellation refund for trips canceled after driver dispatch.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and taxes may be non-refundable.
- Refunds are subject to verification and company approval.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide correct pickup, drop, and contact details.
- Behave respectfully with drivers and staff.
- Avoid illegal activities, alcohol misuse, or unsafe behavior during the trip.
- Be responsible for personal belongings — Shiv Travellers is not liable for lost items.
Service Limitations & Delays
- Shiv Travellers is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or natural calamities.
- Vehicle breakdowns or driver emergencies may require replacement or trip rescheduling.
Liability Disclaimer
- Shiv Travellers acts as a service facilitator and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total booking amount paid.
Trip Modification
- Route changes, extra stops, or trip extensions requested by the customer may result in additional charges.
- Modifications depend on driver availability and operational feasibility.
Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Misuse the website or payment system.
- Attempt fraudulent transactions.
- Damage the vehicle intentionally.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
- All website content, logos, text, and branding belong to Shiv Travellers and may not be reused without permission.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in Punjab/Chandigarh
Changes to Terms
- Shiv Travellers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
